It’s a distressing fact that many people are overweight. I understand, because for alpilean blood pressure a very long time I was at least one. Being 5’6″ and almost 200 pounds is not a good look. My nickname among the friends of mine was “Wombat”. For those of you who are not Australian (not almost all people may be very lucky!), a wombat is as a groundhog or a badger. Fat, round, slow moving and unhealthy tempered. To be honest, it was not the nickname I’d have chosen for myself. I always enjoyed Leopard. Or even Dragon. Though I have Wombat.
It was not as in case I didn’t try to lose some weight. In fact at times I did. A bit. For a while. However, not enough so anyone noticed. One hundred as well as 80 seven lbs does not look much different to one 100 as well as ninety two pounds. The Wombat lived.

Finally, I realized I could sit on the couch and achieve nothing until I died, or perhaps, I could shed off excess weight as well as rejoin the human race.
